History Exhibitions: Research, Design, Production
Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
From concept to realization, this workshop will take you through the entire process of creating and evaluating a history exhibition. We’ll discuss the importance of planning visitor experience and responding to feedback, share strategies for collections management, explore the relationship between content, design, and construction, and much more. Instructor Eva Ulz has worked in museums for two decades, currently as curator of the History Center. She may be joined by members of the History Center’s Exhibition Committee.
