SAN LUIS OBISPO TRAIN DAYS
Saturday, May 9, 2015 at 10:00 am - 4:00 pmFree
Saturday, May 9th, 2015, is the kickoff day of SAN LUIS OBISPO TRAIN DAYS. We will be celebrating it in San Luis Obispo at the SLO Railroad Museum with food, music, a railroad swap meet, kid’s activities and more. Don’t miss the Christening Party at 1 pm for our 1926 Cafe-Lounge car, built by Pullman. It was used for many years by a private owner to run excursions and was called La Condesa. On Train Day, we will be breaking the traditional bottle of champagne to christen it with its new name, La Cuesta, chosen to reflect its new life here on the Central Coast. Contact Diane at email@example.com with any questions or to reserve swap meet space.
